Privacy Statement

TechnoReady, a nonprofit organization legally incorporated under the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, and domiciled in said jurisdiction, issues this Privacy Notice with the purpose of clearly, precisely, and accessibly informing data subjects about the main characteristics of the processing to which their personal data will be subjected. This declaration is made in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including, but not limited to, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), when such processing involves individuals located in the United Mexican States.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, TechnoReady acts as the data controller for the personal data it collects through its official website and the various electronic and physical means made available to users. Through these channels, data subjects may exercise their rights regarding personal data protection, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Personal Data We Collect

TechnoReady may collect and process personal data necessary to fulfill its purposes, whether such data is provided directly by the data subject, obtained through electronic, physical, optical, audio, visual, or any other technology, or received from authorized third parties.

The personal data that may be subject to processing includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Full name, email address, phone number, city, state, and country of residence.
  • Academic and professional information, such as educational background, résumé (CV), job title, company or organization, professional sector, and links to professional profiles (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Technical and browsing data, such as IP address, operating system, browser type, device information, telemetry data, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Results of psychometric, technical, or diagnostic evaluations conducted as part of selection, training, or professional development processes.
  • Access credentials, including username and password, when registering on TechnoReady platforms or services.
  • Images, video or audio recordings captured during events, webinars, virtual sessions, or other activities organized by TechnoReady.
  • Communication preferences, areas of interest, comments, inquiries, opinions, and information related to event participation, including dietary restrictions or allergies, if applicable.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability, as established by the LFPDPPP and other applicable regulations.

Use of Personal Data

The personal data collected by TechnoReady will be processed for the following primary purposes:

  • To register and manage your participation in programs, calls for applications, selection processes, training activities, events, and other initiatives organized or promoted by TechnoReady.
  • To establish and maintain communication with you, including sending relevant information about academic, professional, or development opportunities, as well as events, resources, content, or services related to our activities.
  • To assess profiles, competencies, and evaluation results in order to facilitate professional linkage processes with companies, partner organizations, or institutions interested in relevant profiles.
  • To share information with authorized third parties, such as strategic partners, recruiting firms, or educational institutions, exclusively for recruitment, selection, training, or professional development purposes.
  • To conduct statistical analyses, internal studies, performance reports, and impact metrics to improve our processes, services, and operational strategies.

Additionally, and unless the data subject objects, personal data may be used for the following secondary purposes:

  • To invite you to events, webinars, outreach activities, or promotional campaigns organized by TechnoReady or its partners.
  • To publish testimonials, success stories, or notable results in digital or printed media, provided that the corresponding consent has been obtained.
  • To generate user profiles to enhance the experience on our platforms, personalize content, and optimize institutional communication.
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, as well as to respond to requests from competent authorities.

In all cases, the processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and other applicable regulations.

In certain cases, the processing of personal data may involve the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics tools, with the aim of optimizing the user experience and strengthening our analytical capabilities. Such processing will be conducted in accordance with principles of ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Consent of the Data Subject

The processing of personal data is subject to the consent of the data subject, except in cases where the LFPDPPP permits processing without consent. Consent may be expressed explicitly or implicitly, in accordance with applicable legislation. By providing your personal data through the channels enabled by TechnoReady, you consent to its processing under the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice.

Transfer of Personal Data

TechnoReady may transfer personal data to third parties, both domestic and foreign, solely when such transfer is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.

Recipients of such transfers may include, but are not limited to: strategic partners such as Fundación Televisa, Bécalos, multinational companies, educational institutions, private sector organizations, specialized service providers, and entities involved in recruitment, professional placement, training, or talent development processes.

In the case of international data transfers, TechnoReady will adopt the necessary measures to ensure that the receiving parties assume the same obligations of confidentiality and data protection as those applicable to TechnoReady, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations. These transfers will be carried out under contractual mechanisms, standard clauses, or any other legally valid instrument that guarantees an adequate level of protection.

Additionally, TechnoReady may carry out data transfers without the data subject’s consent in cases expressly permitted by law, including those necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, respond to requests from competent authorities, or safeguard rights in judicial or administrative proceedings.

ARCO Rights and Means to Exercise Them

Data subjects may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP. To do so, a request must be submitted through the contact form available on TechnoReady’s official website by selecting the “ARCO TechnoReady” option.

The request must include: the full name of the data subject, a means of contact to receive the response, a copy of an official identification document or, where applicable, legal representation documentation, a clear description of the data for which any of the ARCO rights are being exercised, and any other element that facilitates the location of the data. The designated team will process the request within the timeframes established by law.

Data Storage and Security Measures

Personal data will be stored in cloud computing services contracted by TechnoReady, which implement appropriate security mechanisms to protect the information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Administrative, technical, and physical measures are in place to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the data.

TechnoReady will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete, relevant, and up to date for the purposes that justify its processing, and will proceed with its deletion when it is no longer necessary, unless otherwise required by law.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice

TechnoReady reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement this Privacy Notice at any time, in response to legislative reforms, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of its services. Any modification will be published on TechnoReady’s official website and will become effective upon publication. Data subjects are encouraged to periodically review the content of this Notice to stay informed of any changes.
